William and Deidra Gorton, recently married, found each other through singing romantic duets in the lecture-concert performance, What Makes it Great, with Rob Kapilow in Cerritos, California in 2004.  Creating a real stir with their synergistic charisma led them to thoughts of a more profound collaboration.  Following the lecture-concert, William and Deidra traveled to Czechoslovakia where they recorded music for their CD, When Love Goes Wrong, dramatic moments in opera, with the Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra.  The duo now sings for weddings and other festive occasions in the Bay Area in addition to their concertizing.  The Gortons will be featured in the Guest Artist series at Baylor University in the coming year.
