When Big Lou, accordionist/seismologist, recorded "Polka Casserole" (as a one-time-only project), the recording process turned out to be so much fun that she decided to keep the band going.  The group adopted the CD title as their name and the rest is history.  Polka Casserole plays polkas from around the world in a style unlike anyone else’s.  The six band members collectively have played blues, jazz, country western, rock and roll and just about any other style you can think of and they mix all of it into their polkas.  What a mess and what fun!
