The Jump Up Steelband performs the music of the Caribbean, Latin America and Brazil.  This music includes reggae, soca, calypso, mambo, cha-cha-cha, samba, bossa-nova, and Latin-jazz.  The music is ideal for dancing or a lively listening experience, especially for world music and jazz fans.  The band provides background or dance music for weddings, cocktail parties, dinners, pool parties, company picnics or dinners, holiday parties, post-holiday parties, concerts, and corporate events.  We will create the right mood for your tropical-themed party or luau.  You pick the occasion! Our volume can be adjusted as needed and we are available as a quintet, quartet, trio, duo or solo.  Sometimes we even perform where there is no electricity!
